1. Eligibility
- Open to all Halcyon app users aged 18 and over.
- Each user may submit one image. Multiple entries or accounts may lead to disqualification.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. Contest Period
- The contest begins on June 15, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+2) and ends on July 31, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC+2).
- Entries posted outside this timeframe will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
- Post one original underwater image to your profile on the Halcyon app.
- Add the hashtag #MyHalcyon to the caption so we can find your entry.
- We encourage images that feature Halcyon gear. Entries that visibly promote or feature other dive equipment brands may be removed at our discretion.
- AI-generated images, stock photography, or non-diving content will not be accepted.
- Keep it real: any spammy, inappropriate, or misleading content will be disqualified.
4. Selection Process
- On August 1, the five posts with the highest number of likes in the Halcyon app will be shortlisted.
- In the event of a tie, the post published first will take precedence.
- From these five finalists, one winner will be chosen by the Halcyon team through a vote. The winner will be announced in the app on August 8, 2025.
5. Prize
- The winner will receive one (1) Halcyon Symbios Handset computer.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged.
- We’ll cover shipping. If there are any local duties or import taxes, those will be the responsibility of the winner.
6. Use of Submitted Content
By entering, you permit Halcyon Dive Systems to share your submitted image (with credit) on our digital channels—including social media, newsletters, and the Halcyon app—for promotional purposes.
7. Fair Play & Disqualification
- We’re here for a good time—but also a fair one. Accounts suspected of artificially inflating likes, using bots, or submitting fake or spam content may be disqualified from the competition.
- All participants must use their own personal Halcyon app account. Fake or duplicate accounts are not allowed.
8. Privacy
Any personal information shared for prize delivery will be handled securely and used solely for contest purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Halcyon Dive Systems is not responsible for technical issues, entry delays, or app malfunctions.
- By entering, participants agree to release Halcyon Dive Systems from any liability related to their participation or use of the prize.
10. Right to Modify or Cancel
Halcyon reserves the right to amend or cancel the contest if necessary, such as in the event of suspected fraud, technical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Final Notes
- This contest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, or any other platform provider.
- Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
